- Take advantage of every dosimetrist's knowledge and skill set that can I learn from. There is no right or wrong way to plan. I can use multiple dosimetrist's techniques to form my own skill set and enhance my planning education.
- I never want to turn away a plan because I feel it is to "hard" or I am not "good enough" to plan it. I will take on the challenge with confidence and ask for help and guidance when needed.
- Continue to make educational advances with my continuing education, to make sure I maintain current with the newest techniques and technologies for the betterment of my patients.
- Continue to strive to learn and keep learning through out my career, no matter how long it may be. To make sure that my education does not end when that diploma hits my hand but when I decide it's time for me to retire.
